Grandparents of Year 8 students are invited into Perins School between 11am and 1pm, as part of a special day that we have coming up for Year 8 on Friday 4th October. It’s called Grandparents Day and is connected to National Grandparents Day on Sunday 6th October.
Grandparents may be accompanied by the student’s parent(s) as well, if wished. The experience will include: a tour of the school; a showcase of your grandchild’s work in Transformational Learning; an IT session demonstrating some of the fun tools we use and answering any questions that our visitors may have. The visit will be rounded off with a (slightly early) ‘Afternoon Tea’ in the Main Hall.
This is a great chance for Grandparents to come and see some of the wonderful projects completed in Transformational learning, talk to the pupils about IT, see the facilities at Perins School and, most important of all, you can enjoy a cup of tea and a piece of cake whilst having a lovely chat at the ‘Afternoon Tea’.
We would love to see as many of you as possible and ask that, if you would like to attend, you return the slip below so we have an idea of numbers by Friday 27thSeptember. Please be aware that the site is quite large and the tour will involve climbing some stairs.
