School Rules

  Note: Students and parents are required to read, understand and abide by the school rules in all as they are updated time to time. In all        matters of dispute, the decision of the principal will be binding on the parents/guardians.

  The parents/guardians will authorize the principal and through him/her the staff of the school, to act as local parent of their ward(s) while        they are at school or on tours etc.

  On behalf of parents/guardians, the principal is authorized to take necessary action in case of emergency or any other such situations where        parent’s permission is needed but can not be obtained in time.

  Parents/guardians are not allowed to meet teachers or their children/wards during class hours.

  At least 75% attendance is compulsory in an academic session for every student. Parents must send leave application if the child is absent/ill.

  In case of absence for 6 days without leave application the name of the student will be struck off from the rolls and parents would have to seek        readmission after paying requisite charges.

  Students are supposed to follow dress code of the school.

  Students are not allowed to bring cash or any other expensive item in school premises.

  The parents/guardians will hold the school indemnified against all claims arising out of the acts of illness, accident or any other cause.

  Leaving school without permission is strictly prohibited.

  Students who fail to abide by the disciplinary standards of the school will be expelled.

  Any kind of damage to school property will have to be compensated by the parents of defaulting students.

  In accordance with the rules parents will authorize their wards to participate in compulsory activities viz. lnter-house activities, sports,        games, stage activities.

  Students are supposed to send the leave application while on leave. Without information taking leave will be charge by fine Rs. 10.

  Parents are advised to submit the essential documents on time so that the admission formalities are completed on time.

  If the essential documents not submitted on time, the admission would be considered provisionally and parents would be responsible for it.

  Parents are supposed to deposit the tuition fee before the date 10th of every month.

  Delay deposition of fee will be charged by the fine of Rs. 10 per day (Fine will be implemented on individual).

  During school hours parents/ guardians are not authorized to take the ward till confirmation on registered contact no. given by the parents.

  Students are not allowed to bring the cell phone, chemicals, smoking items and jewellery etc in school premises.

  Students are supposed to come in the school on time in neat and tidy school uniform.
